22’ 2010 Sun Tracker Regency w/ Mercury Optimax 115 (275ish hours will go up as summer goes on as it's still being used). With tandem axle trailer. Located in Columbia, SC

It’s been completely serviced (300 hour service) including impeller, plugs, prop shaft, thermostat, gear oil and fuel filters.  Needs nothing and runs great!

-Outboard runs fantastic. Can push 33mph with light load

-I have both coffee tables

-Pontoons are clean and undented, stored dry at landing when not in use

-Rear lounge with changing station and sink.

-Potable water tank on board.

-Bimini canvas, no tears.

-Like brand new full mooring cover

-$3k custom individual seat covers 

-Repacked the trailer bearings and changed out the bearing covers last year.

-New tires on trailer

-Battery is brand new and installed a new battery kill switch this spring

-Brand new on board battery tender

-4 new dock bumpers and new rope

-Decking is solid and carpet has no tears.
